Important Notice: By accessing, registering on, or using the mi888 platform at mi888.win, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Member") and mi888 (the "Platform" or "Operator").
1 Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between mi888 and any individual who accesses, registers, browses, or uses any service offered by mi888 through the website mi888.win or any associated mobile-optimised interface.
1.2 By completing the mi888 registration process or by placing a bet, wager, or game entry of any kind, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with mi888's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules applicable to sportsbook, casino, slots, lottery, or mix parlay products.
1.3 mi888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects Member rights, mi888 will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address or a platform-wide notification banner. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.4 These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
2 Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 To be eligible to hold a mi888 account and use any of the Platform's services, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active mi888 account;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence;
- Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming or gambling activities of the type offered by mi888 are prohibited by applicable law;
- Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of mi888, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
2.2 mi888 conducts age and identity verification as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") process, as required under its international gaming authority licence. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and at any subsequent point when requested by mi888.
2.3 mi888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Malaysian MyKad, Malaysian passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by mi888 will result in account suspension and, where applicable, the return of any balance to the verified payment method on file.
2.4 In the event that mi888 discovers or reasonably suspects that a Member is under the age of 21, mi888 will immediately suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, conduct a full review, and report the matter to the relevant regulatory authority as required under its licence obligations. Any winnings accrued during a period of underage use will be forfeited.
3 Account Registration & KYC
3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) mi888 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mi888 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts; any accounts identified as duplicates are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mi888 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access method with any third party. mi888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.3 You must notify mi888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your account security. Contact mi888's 24/7 support team at [email protected].
3.4 As part of mi888's Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") compliance obligations under its international gaming authority licence, mi888 may request, at any time and without prior notice, enhanced verification documentation including but not limited to: proof of source of funds, proof of address, and bank statements. Members who fail to cooperate with AML or KYC requests within the specified timeframe will have their accounts restricted or suspended.
3.5 You must keep your registration information current and accurate at all times. Any change in your name, address, payment method, or other material account information must be notified to mi888 promptly via the account settings panel or by contacting support.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 mi888 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank (FPX), CIMB (FPX), and Public Bank (FPX). All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits post to the mi888 wallet immediately upon confirmation of payment.
4.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the mi888 platform and may be subject to change. Current limits are displayed within the Member's account dashboard.
4.3 All withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in the Member's own name. mi888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered to the Member. This requirement is non-negotiable and is a condition of mi888's licence.
4.4 Before processing any withdrawal, mi888 requires that the Member's identity has been fully verified in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms. Withdrawals requested by Members with incomplete KYC will be placed on hold until verification is completed.
4.5 mi888 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5 to 30 minutes for Touch n Go eWallet and Boost transactions, and up to 24 hours for bank transfer withdrawals. These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where enhanced verification checks are required.
4.6 mi888 reserves the right to deduct applicable taxes, fees, or charges from withdrawal amounts where required by law or regulation. mi888 will notify Members in advance of any such deductions where practicable.
5 Betting Rules & Void Bets
5.1 Product-specific rules governing sportsbook, live casino, slots, mix parlay, and lottery apply in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules will prevail in respect of that product.
5.2 Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the mi888 system, it is binding on both parties and cannot be modified or cancelled by the Member except as expressly permitted by the applicable product rules.
5.3 mi888 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:
- Where a bet was placed as a result of a manifest pricing error or technical malfunction;
- Where the outcome of the event has been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or irregularity that has been established by the relevant governing body;
- Where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable product rules;
- Where the event is cancelled, postponed beyond a period specified in the product rules, or otherwise fails to reach a determinate result within the applicable timeframe.
5.4 In the event a bet is voided, the stake amount will be returned to the Member's mi888 wallet. mi888's determination in respect of void bets is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out below.
5.5 Where a Member believes a bet outcome has been settled incorrectly, the Member must raise a dispute with mi888 support within 72 hours of settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 mi888 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Members. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.
6.2 Bonuses are credited to a separate promotional balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in each promotion's terms.
6.3 mi888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, without prior notice, where it reasonably believes the promotion has been or is being misused, or where the promotion has been offered in error.
6.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion between Members, or any other scheme designed to extract value from promotions in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mi888 may forfeit bonus balances and winnings derived from abusive bonus activity.
6.5 Members may not withdraw any bonus amount until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Withdrawal of a real-money balance prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings attributable to that bonus.
7 Prohibited Conduct
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mi888 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Opening or operating more than one account on the mi888 platform;
- Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification, or transaction process;
- Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users;
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading in relation to betting markets, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of any sporting event or casino game;
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or malfunctions in the mi888 platform software for financial gain;
- Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the mi888 platform;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing mi888 staff, agents, or other Members in any communication channel;
- Allowing any third party to access or use your mi888 account.
7.2 mi888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to forfeit any balance within the account, and to report the matter to the relevant regulatory, law enforcement, or financial intelligence authorities as required.
8 Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on the mi888 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software code, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of mi888 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mi888 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the express prior written consent of mi888.
8.3 The mi888 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of mi888. Nothing in these Terms confers any right or licence to use mi888's trademarks without express written permission.
9 Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mi888's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any service provided by mi888 shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.2 mi888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if mi888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 mi888 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mi888 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9.4 mi888 will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond mi888's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failure, regulatory action, or force majeure events.
10 Responsible Gaming
10.1 mi888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all Members. mi888 provides, free of charge to all Members, the following responsible gaming tools: personal deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 30 days, and voluntary self-exclusion.
10.2 Self-exclusion requests may be submitted at any time via the account settings panel or by contacting mi888 support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of a valid request. During a self-exclusion period, the Member will be unable to access their account, place bets, or make deposits. Any balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the Member's verified withdrawal method.
10.3 mi888 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. All Members are required to have completed age verification as part of the KYC process. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use appropriate content filtering software to prevent access to gambling platforms by minors.

11 Account Suspension & Closure
11.1 mi888 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Where the Member is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
- Where mi888 is required to do so under applicable law, regulation, or by order of a regulatory authority;
- Where mi888 reasonably suspects that the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
- Where the Member fails to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by mi888;
- Where the Member requests account closure via the self-exclusion process or a voluntary closure request.
11.2 Upon account closure initiated by the Member in good standing, any remaining balance will be returned to the Member's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of outstanding verification and the deduction of any amounts owed to mi888.
11.3 Where an account is closed by mi888 due to a breach of these Terms, mi888 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, mi888 may forfeit the balance in whole or in part and will notify the Member of this decision in writing.
12 Amendments to Terms
12.1 mi888 may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the mi888 website and, where material, will be notified to Members via the email address registered to their account.
12.2 It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes. The date of the most recent update is stated at the top of this document.
12.3 Continued use of the mi888 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account by contacting mi888 support.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under mi888's international gaming authority licence jurisdiction.
13.2 In the event of a dispute, the Member should first contact mi888's customer support team to seek resolution. mi888 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
13.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through mi888's internal complaints process, the Member may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body under whose authority mi888's licence is issued. Details of the applicable regulatory authority are available from mi888 support upon request.
13.4 Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights the Member may hold as a consumer under applicable law.
